We, at Betr, extend our deepest gratitude for your continued support and loyalty as part of our community. It is with a heavy heart that we announce a significant change to our operations in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Effective February 16, 2024, Betr Holdings, Inc. will no longer offer mobile sports betting services within Massachusetts. This decision was not made lightly, and while we regret any inconvenience this may cause, please know that Betr will continue to operate and offer services in other jurisdictions where we are licensed and permitted to do so.
Key Dates and Actions for Massachusetts Customers:
Discontinuation of Services: Starting from February 16, 2024, there will be no offering of new events or live mobile sports betting markets in Massachusetts.
Release of Deposits: We have taken steps to release any deposits previously restricted by bonus offers. You may now access and withdraw these funds using the same method utilized for deposits
.Account Access and Withdrawal Period: Your Betr account will remain accessible in Massachusetts until the end of the day on March 16, 2024. This period is designed to allow sufficient time for the settlement of outstanding bets and for processing withdrawal requests.
Unclaimed Funds: Customers who have not withdrawn their funds by March 16, 2024, will be issued a check for the remaining balance in their account, sent to the address we have on file.
Post-March 16, 2024, Access: Beyond March 16, 2024, access to your Betr account will be limited to jurisdictions outside Massachusetts where Betr continues to operate.
